Alice began her Healthcare career as a Physical Therapists Assistant upon graduating from Hahnemann University in 1997. During her 10 years as a PTA she found that combining Massage Therapy with traditional Physical Therapy has worked to accelerate her patient’s rehabilitation goals.   

Receiving great feedback and seeing her patients experience positive results, Alice decided to go on to attend Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy to further her studies and advance her technique.  There she earned her Massage Therapist certification in 2003.  Alice infuses her Physical Therapy background into the massage treatment room and is focused on the comprehensive rehabilitation of her clients.  She continues to expand her knowledge base with certifications in Orthopedic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Kinesiology Taping.

Always interested in advancing her knowledge, Alice attended Lansdale School of Cosmetology and earned her Estheticians license in 2011. Alice is a strong believer in the benefits of skin health

Alice has earned her Expert status with Dermalogica, an international Skin Care product line, and continues her education with Masters courses.  Whatever your desired treatment, Alice’s clients have come to enjoy her friendliness, compassion,                                                               and positive energy as well as rely on her expertise.

Tricia Glodowski, NASM-CPT

Tricia has a Bachelor’s in Marketing Communications from Rutgers University and advanced certifications from National Association of Sports Medicine. In 2004, after decades of struggle with obesity, Tricia succeeded in losing over 100 pounds and launched a career as a Weight Loss Counselor & Fitness Advocate. Tricia has worked for several of the area’s leading health & fitness companies and has authored many articles on overcoming obesity and injuries. In 2009, her journey was featured on NBC10’s Game Changers. She trademarked her inspirational blog Finding Yes (After 100 Pounds of “No”!) in 2009. Then, after five life changing years as a trainer, Tricia founded FindYes Fitness & Nutrition, LLC.

Outside the gym, Tricia enjoys coffee, MASSAGE, hiking, and running. She credits much of her success to her incredibly supportive husband and children who have cheered her on at home and at exciting events like the Broad Street Run, TOUGH MUDDER, and of course, her latest adventure and dream come true—sharing her home and passion with InBalance Wellness Spa.

Ashlee Principe, LMT

It was a need for a lifestyle change and the desire to help others that led Ashlee to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Ashlee earned her PA Massage Therapy license in 2015 after she completed the Lansdale School of Business Massage Therapy program. Ashlee originally began her career as a Massage Therapist to help her clients relax. With her growth and experience she has turned her focus to a more therapeutic approach. Ashlee’s joy in helping others has encouraged her to continue to learn new techniques helping her clients manage pain and stress.

When she is not caring for others, Ashlee enjoys spending time decorating her new home and mastering DIY projects and because of her love of skin care and makeup, Ashlee also has aspirations to pursue Esthetics. More than anything, she finds her most fulfilling job being a mom to her young, vibrant son.

Roxanne Slemmer, LMT

Roxanne is a graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. It is with many certifications and 13 years of experience that she can address joints that have restricted range of motion and improve the range while instilling a sense of well being. Using various massage techniques, energy work and modalities that include Isometric Body Balance, Muscle Energy Work, Munay-ki, Aromatherapy and Reiki each client will receive complete care and healing.

Roxanne is also an artist and teacher. She has a mosaic mural project that is a volunteer based community art project supported by donations from various businesses and local artists at 135 East Main St Lansdale. John Centanni, a local retired business owner has donated the location for the project.

Crystal Malantonio, LMT

Crystal is a graduate of the Lansdale School of Business Massage Therapy program and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and has spent 15 years in health care settings working on overall patient wellness. Crystal is trained in many massage modalities including Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Techniques. Crystal is a gifted Reiki and Energy Practitioner and has a passion for alternative modalities including Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Vibrational Therapy. Crystal’s integrative and holistic approach encompasses the mind, body and spirit creating a comprehensive treatment with each session.

Sandi Viscusi, LMT

“If you are feeling better at the end of our session, I feel better too.”

Sandi has been a Massage Therapist for more than 20 years. Her passion is to improve quality of life utilizing massage therapy. Through conversations with her clients and trusting her intuition she has mastered many techniques that help her clients’ bodies work to heal themselves. “Nothing I do is magical. With massage, I just give the body a push in the right direction.”

When not massaging, Sandi enjoys spending time gardening, reading and playing with her grandchildren.
